摘要
本文通过对中国目前住房体制的分析和反思,阐述了在当前国内房地产市场与国家政策环境之下,如何最大限度地推进住房体制的改革,从而实现"居者有其屋"的社会理想。
By analysising and rethinking the current policy and matket environment,This article demonstrates how to improve the reform of housing system so as to achieve the ideal condition of ＂adequate housing for everyone＂ against the background of China＇s housing system of the present.
