摘要
利用白酒糟、鸡粪等酿酒、家禽养殖业固体废弃物生产生物有机肥,并用于番茄无土栽培试验。结果表明:按质量比85%白酒糟、10%干鸡粪、3%炉渣、1%豆粕、1%尿素,接入1%的复合微生物,调整物料含水量至60%,经过20 d发酵腐熟,制得的生物有机肥用于栽培番茄能明显改善番茄的生产性状,增加果实的维生素C的含量,提高糖酸比,降低硝酸盐含量,上市时间提前,有效减轻番茄青枯病的发生,番茄产量达5 018.3 kg/667m2,比对照增加18.6%。
The bio-organic fertilizer made from lees and chicken dung was used in soilless cultivation of tomato.The results showed that the bio-organic fertilizer made from 85% lees,10% dry chicken dung 3% slag,1% soybean meal,1% urea and 1% complex microbes with 60% moisture for 20d fermentation could obviously improve tomato growth,increase VC content and sugar/acid ratio,reduce nitrate content in tomato fruits,effectively decrease occurrence of bacterial wilt and go on the market early,and the tomato yield was up to 5018.3kg/667m2,18.6% higher than CK.
