贵州省猪繁殖与呼吸综合征流行病学调查

Epidemiological Investigation of Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome in Guizhou Province

为了解猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)在贵州的流行特点,2007年3月至2009年10月对贵州省PRRS的流行地区、流行季节、感染猪群及临床症状和病理变化进行了调查。结果表明:贵州省9个地区均有PRRS疫情的发生,但主要集中在中部和邻近省市的周边县;一年四季都可发生,但以夏秋两季(5-10月)多发,其发生率达82.0%;不同猪群均可感染发病,以仔猪和怀孕母猪较多;猪群接种PRRS疫苗后可产生一定的免疫效果,但抗体阳性率不高,且在临床健康猪群中存在PRRS隐性感染。临床上主要表现出体温升高、食欲减退、全身出血和母猪流产特征,发病率和死亡率高;剖解可见气管、肺、心、肝、脾、肾、淋巴结以及膀胱、胃、肠道等呈现明显的病变。可为贵州省PRRS的预防与控制提供依据。

The endemic areas,epidemic seasons,infected flocks,clinical symptoms and pathological change of porcinereproductive and respiratory syndrome（PRRS） were investigated during 2007-2009 to know the epidemical characteristics of PRRS in Guizhou.The results showed that PRRS was detected in nine districts of Guizhou province and mainly in the central and surrounding areas,PRRS may occur at any time,but mainly in summer to autumn season and its occurrence rate was up to 82.0%,the different swine herds may be infected by PRRS but the piglets and pregnant sows were easily infected,the swine herd vaccinated by PRRS was of certain immune effect but its positive rate of PRRS antibody was not high,and there was recessive infection in clinical healthy swine herd.The clinical performance of PRRS was high body temperature,poor appetite,general bleeding,abortion,high morbidity and mortality.The obvious pathological change of swine infected by PRRS could be observed in trachea,lung,heart,liver,spleen,kidney,lymph nodes,bladder,stomach and intestines.The investigation result can provide a basis for prevention and control of PRRS in Guizhou.
