摘要
采用正交试验法研究微波辅助提取技术对菊花脑多酚的提取效果,并与传统热回流提取技术对比,寻求菊花脑多酚的快速、高效提取方法及提取工艺。结果表明:微波辅助提取在提取效率方面明显优于传统热回流提取,所需提取时间大大缩短。菊花脑多酚微波辅助提取工艺中,影响菊花脑多酚提取的主要因素为提取时间、料液比、微波功率、乙醇浓度,最佳提取工艺条件为提取时间80 s,料液比1∶80,微波功率640W,乙醇浓度80%。
The effect of microwave-assisted extraction technology on polyphenol extraction from Chrysanthemum nankingense was studied by using the orthogonal design to establish the rapid and efficient extraction technology of polyphenol from Chrysanthemum nankingense.The results showed that the extraction efficiency of microwave-assisted extraction technology is significantly higher than traditional hot reflux extraction technology and the extraction time is greatly shortened.Main factors affecting polyphenol extraction from Chrysanthemum nankingense are time,material/liquid ratio,microwave power and ethanol concentration.The optimum extraction technological conditions are 80 s,1∶80 material/liquid ratio,640W microwave power and 80% ethanol.
