摘要
对一种循环水无磷缓蚀剂TS-417F在软化水系统中的缓蚀应用进行了研究。采用旋转挂片失重法和电化学阻抗法,对不同药剂使用浓度下的金属缓蚀状况进行了研究,并与市售的磷系药剂进行了对比。结果表明,TS-417F具有良好的缓蚀性能,在超低硬度下,能够有效地满足软化水缓蚀的需求。
Non-phosphorus water treatment agent TS-417F used in demineralized water to inhibit corrosion of metal was introduced.Corrosion inhibition situation of metal of using different agent concentration by rotary hanged weight loss method and EIS method was researched and compared with other phosphorus agent.Results showed that TS-417F has good corrosion inhibition performance,and it can meet the need of corrosion inhibition of demineralized water.
