摘要
本文首先分析了南疆地区经济社会发展的若干挑战和问题,以及影响该地区发展的劣势与优势。在分析借鉴美国凤凰城、天津生态城、马斯达零碳城发展经验的基础上,提出通过新型城镇化带动西部大开发的发展思路,并在可再生能源、水资源循环利用、就业模式等方面提出具体建议,最后提出对口援建南疆地区的设想。
This paper reviews the challenges and issues of social and economic development in South Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, and the advantages and disadvantages which affect the region＇s development. Based on the development experiences of Phoenix City in U.S., Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City and Masdar, it proposes the strategy of developing West China by new model of urbanization. Recommendations are then given on the aspects of renewable energy, water recycling and reuse, employment opportunities creation, and paired aids and construction between South Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region and coastal areas of China.
