摘要
统筹城乡发展对于重庆市来说具有非常重要的意义。本文从重庆市城乡统筹面临的现实特征入手,总结出统筹城乡发展规划工作存在问题,并由此提出建构城乡规划一体化的规划两大对策,进而提出了构建重庆市城乡规划编制体系的建议。并分析了在规划编制体系实施中将会面临的技术和管理上的问题,提出了相应的解决措施。
Starting with the challenges of urbanrural integrated development, this paper summarizes the problems in urban-rural integration planning. It proposes to establish an integrated urban-rural plan- ning system and combination system of department plans. It makes suggestions on Chongqing urban-rural plan formulation system： Then it examines the prob- lems in technology and administration in the implementation of the system and provides corresponding measures.
