摘要
重庆双福新城的规划实践中,以城市可持续发展为设计价值趋向,引入生态的设计理念与技术,在设计思维、设计理论和方法上系统体现生态与可持续发展的要求,提出在空间格局、土地利用、交通体系、生态社区、开敞空间、产业布局、历史文化等方面的生态化技术对策,将生态的理念贯彻到总体城市设计中,展望一个可持续发展的生态新城。
In the pursuit of urban sustainable development and ecological civilization construction, the Chongqing Shuangfu new town plan introduces the ecological design concepts and technologies into the comprehensive urban design and proposes some technical solutions in spatial structure, land-use, traffic system, ecological community, open space, industrial layout, historic and cultural preservation etc. in order to plan a sustainable ecological new town.
