旧城更新区的控规编制——以宁波江北核心区控规为例

旧城区的形成是历史演进的产物,是城市人文积淀的场所。旧城更新是一个复杂的系统工程,它包含用地功能转换、基础设施更新、历史文脉保护、环境改善等诸多内容。文章以宁波江北核心区控规为例,探讨在旧城更新的控规编制中通过合理的功能分区、城市设计引导、开放空间系统规划、历史保护、交通影响分析等重塑旧城整体环境,保持区域内蕴含的城市文脉,发挥其独有特色。

This paper, with the regulatory detailed plan of Jiangbei central area of Ningbo city as an example, discusses how to rehape the comprehensive environment of the old inner city, maintain its urban culture and showcase its unique characteristics in the formulation of regulatory detailed plan by ways of rational functional division, guidance of urban design, planning of open space system, historic conservation and transport effect analysis and so on.
