摘要
通过溶胶–凝胶法和高温氧化分别制备出了TiO2杂化碳纳米管和金红石型纳米TiO2,并考察了这些纳米填料对涂层摩擦磨损性能的影响。其中,高温处理的TiO2杂化纳米管和金红石型纳米TiO2对涂层的摩擦学性能有一定的增强效果,尤其是在高速摩擦条件下效果更为明显。
Carbon nanotubes-TiO2 hybrid and rutile-nano TiO2 were prepared via sol-gel process and high temperature oxidation,respectively.The effect of the prepared nano-fillers on tribological behaviors of poly(furfuryl alcohol) composite coatings was investigated.As a result,the hyrid with high temperature treatment and rutile-nanoTiO2 showed obvious enhancement of tribological behaviors,especially at high sliding speed.
