摘要
针对现有波片相位延迟测量系统所存在的非自动化、低效率、不适合大量波片测试等问题,结合虚拟仪器技术和光学工程技术,设计了一种基于LabVIEW和PCI-1753数据采集卡的自动波片相位延迟测量系统。其数据采集的硬件部分由数据采集卡、测角数显表和光电流计组成;系统的软件部分由LabVIEW实现。实现了同步数据采集、数据显示和绘图、电机控制、数据处理、自动测试等功能,从而建立起一套集成化、自动化、高精度的测试系统,提高了波片测试的效率。
The current wave-plates phase retardation measurement system is non-automated,low efficiency and not suitable for a large scale wave plates test.In order to solving these problems,an auto measurement system for retardation of wave plates based on LabVIEW and PCI-1753 digital I/O card is designed.The hardware is composed of a digital I/O card,degree-measurement numeral display meters and a photocurrent meter.The software is implemented with LabVIEW.The functions of synchronic data acquisition,data display and charting,motor control,data processing,and auto measuring are achieved,so an integrated,automated,high-precision system of wave plates measurement is established,and the efficiency of wave plates measurement is increased.
