摘要
海洋资源是国土资源的重要组成部分，对国民经济发展起着重要作用。本文概要论述了我国海洋矿产资源、海岛海岸资源的分布况状，论述了海洋资源的管理保护现状及存在的主要问题，并在此基础上提出了加强海洋资源管理保护，以实现海洋事业可持续发展的对策建议。
Abstract Marine is important component part of land and resources, and it plays important role in national economic development.The paper expounds distribution conditions of marine resources,island and seacoast resources. It also discusses the current situation and main problems of management and protection of marine resources. Based on this , it offers some proposals for strengthening management and protection of marine resources in order to realize sustained development of marine industry.
