不同培养基支持体对大花蕙兰试管苗生长的影响 被引量:2

摘要 在常规培养条件下进行大花蕙兰试管苗培养,培养基支持体采用琼脂(CK)、Gellangum、蛭石、蛭石与珍珠岩的混合物(体积比为1∶1)和水草.结果表明:Gellangum和琼脂处理试管苗的株高、根数、根长等形态指标及地上部、根部、总体鲜干质量、叶绿素指标等显著高于其他处理;但Gellangum和琼脂试管苗之间的差异不显著.试管苗的根系活力以Gellangum最高,其次,水草、琼脂(对照)处理的根系活力相对较低,但水草处理试管苗的其它测定指标均显著低于琼脂处理;对蛭石和蛭石与珍珠岩的混合物处理试管苗来说,其叶片气孔密度或气孔大小和面积显著高于琼脂外,其它指标都显著低于对照处理.Gellangum可以替代琼脂作为大花蕙兰试管苗的培养基支持体,但水草、蛭石、蛭石与珍珠岩(体积比为1∶1)的混合物不适于作大花蕙兰培养基的支持体. Under normal culture condition,aga(rCK)and Gellangum,vermiculite,the mixture of vermiculite and pearlite(1∶1),float grass as the medium supporting substance were used to culture Cymbidium plantlets. The results showed that the indexes of agar and Gellangum,such as plant heigh,root number and length,fesh and dry weigh, SPAD,were obvious better than others treaments. It was not a obvious difference between agar and Gellangum. The root activity of Gellangum was better than float grass and agar treatment,but other indexes of float grass were lower than agar treatment. Many indexes of vermiculite and the mixture of vermiculite and pearlite(1∶1)were lower than agar treatment except leaf stomata density or length or area. Gellangum was better than agar as the medium supporting substance of Cymbidium plantlets,but vermiculite,the mixture of vermiculite and pearlite(1∶ 1),float grass could not.
