空气在立管外螺旋流动数值模拟及实验研究

摘要 实验研究了空气在立管外螺旋流动的传热和流阻性能,结果为空气在立管外螺旋流动的对流换热系数是空气横掠单管的2~3倍,并利用模拟软件PHOENICS对立管外空气流动进行了数值模拟,将其与实验结果进行分析比较,误差低于10%,证明是实验方法的有力补充并对此进行机理分析,这可为设计高效节能的立式螺旋隔板换热器提供参考. The heat transfer and flow resistance of air flowing helically outside the upright-tube is researched by experiment. The convection heat-transfer coefficient of air helical flowing outside upright-tube is 2~3 times to that of air cross-flowing. The air flowing distribution outside upright-tube is simulated with the help of software PHOENICS and the result is contrasted and analyzed with the experimental result. The error is less than 10 %. It is proved to be the powerful supplement and the mechanism is analyzed. It could provide the referrence for design on the high efficient energy-saving upright helical baffle heat exchanger.
