摘要
本文通过对我局产业经济投资现状的分析，提出了在地勘单位企业化的新的地勘经济运行机制下，建立适应市场经济要求的投资体制的建议，并从更新观念、理清局院投资责权关系，投资跟产业结构调整相结合、投资产业方向选择。
Abstract Though analysis on investmental present situtation of industrial economy in Shan Dong provincial bureau of geology and mineral resources. The paper puts forward suggestion about setting up investmental system which adapt to the demand of market economy. It also points out some concrete measures such as renewing mode of thought, straightening out relationship between investmental responsibility and rights, combining industrial adjustment with investment, choice of investmental industrial orrientation and strengthening feasibility proof.
