摘要
文章对地勘单位走向市场求发展过程中审计监督所起的三个主要作用进行了阐述，提出加强审计监督既是保证国有资产安全完整、保值增值的需要，也是确保投资者、企业。
Abstract The paper expounds three aspects of role which audit control play in the process of moving towards market. It points out that strengthening audit control is not only the demand of ensuring, maintain value and increase value of state owned assets, but also the demand of ensuring legal rights and interests of investors, enterprises and staff and workers.
