目的探讨象山县快速应对麻疹暴发疫情的方法和控制策略,为快速处置突发公共卫生事件提供依据。方法对象山县2008年上半年发生麻疹暴发疫情的快速应对方法和控制策略进行综合分析。结果通过政府发动,紧急动员,通力协调,周密部署,启动应急处置指挥系统,成立应急组织,按照属地管理的原则,建立病人"三管理"模式;发挥农村公共卫生联络员作用,严格病人管理,及时调整接种周期,提高麻疹疫苗接种及时率,有效遏制疫情蔓延。结论重大疫情的发生,只要充分发挥政府在防控工作中的重要作用,统一指挥,全力以赴,调动一切可调动的力量,采取有效的防控措施,麻疹等重大疫情能够得到控制。

Objective To study rapid response methods for measles outbreak and provide the basis of control strategies for the rapid handling public health emergencies in Xiangshan.Methods The rapid response methods and control strategies for measles outbreak in the first half years of 2008 in xiangshan were analyzed.Results Through the government,emergency mobilization,and full coordination,planed carefully,the chain of command to deal with emergencies was started.The emergency organization was established,according to the principle of dependency administration,the patient ＂three management＂mode was established.The role of rural public health liaison was exerted.The patients were strict managed.The vaccination cycle was timely adjusted,the vaccination rate for measles was improved promptly and the spread of the disease effectively was controlled.Conclusion Major outbreak happened,Government should play the important role in prevention and control,unified command,and did everything possible to mobilize all the forces to mobilize and took effective control measures.
