文化的德性是文化的精神和灵魂,文化价值观是文化德性的集中体现。文化德性的价值及其实现体现在文化与人、社会和自然三个价值关系方面。文化应该承担其促进人的全面发展,社会文明进步和人类与自然和谐共生的重要使命。

Culture morality is the spirit of culture while culture value outlook is the embodiment of culture morality. The value of culture morality and its realization lies in the relationship between culture, human being, society and nature. Culture should under take the im- portant mission of protecting human development, social civitization progress and human nature coexistance.
