摘要
采用8个各含P_1、P_2、F_1、F_2和B_2世代的组合,研究了陆地棉(Gossypium hirsutumL.)有关产量性状的基因效应及其与F_1杂种优势的关系。结果表明,所有产量性状和株型性状均存在显著的加性效应,而显性效应作用不明显。全部产量性状和个别株型性状尚有一、二种上位性效应存在,且以显性×显性互作为主。同一株型性状其不同部位的基因效应相似。显性效应和显性互作效应是F_1产量性状杂种优势的遗传基础。
Eight combinations of six generations each including P_1, P_2, F_1, F_2, B_1 and B_2, of up-land cotton (Gossypium hirsutum L. ) were used to study gene effects of yield traits and theirrelation with the heterosis of F_1. The results showed that additive gene effects were princi-pally responsible for the inheritance of all yield traits and plant-type characters. The role ofdominant gene effects was small. One or two epistatic gene effects contributed importantlyto the inheritance of all yield traits and a few plant-type characters of epistatic gene effects,the interaction effects between dominance and dominance were the main gene effects. Geneeffects of the same plant-type character at different parts of the plant was similar.The dominant and interaction effects between dominance and dominance were the geneticfoundation of heterosis of yield traits.
