Through reviewing the transformation from a traditional college library,reference service to a digital reference and analyzing the respective characteristics of traditional reference service pattern and the network-based service pattern,this paper is intended to discuss the influence of network on college periodicals,management and find out the ways to improve college Library＇s reference services and promote the development of library.
