摘要
漳泽电力股份有限公司河津发电分公司2号1205t/h锅炉燃用煤质超出了设计和校核煤质,修正计算曲线后,使锅炉的燃烧特性发生了较大的变化,同时,给锅炉机组的安全经济运行带来了一系列问题。在分析上述问题的基础上进行了省煤器改造,从而确定了现有煤质下锅炉的燃烧特性。
Due to the great deviation of the fuel from the designed and checked fuel correction curve, the combustion characteristics of the # 2 1205 t/h boiler in Zhangze Power company （Hejin branch） was changed too much. It brought many safe and economic operation problems to the boiler units. On the base of analysis of the above problems, the modification of the economizer was carried out and the combustion characteristics of the boiler were made clear when using the current fuel.
