摘要
文章运用方差分析、遗传参数估算、相关分析等方法对3.5年生42个木麻黄无性系试验林进行了优良无性系的筛选。结果表明:7个性状在无性系间均有极显著差异;树高、胸径、地径的重复力较高,分别为0.809、0.758、0.737,选择具有较好的效果;遗传相关分析显示,地径、树高、冠幅、通直度这4个性状之间存在遗传高度相关性;树高与冠幅早晚期相关分析显示,遗传相关和表型相关的强度趋势一致,而且遗传相关系数值要大于表型相关系数值。最后,筛选出8个生长迅速、适应性强的优良无性系及4个抗逆性强、冠幅开展,但树高、胸径生长相对缓慢的无性系。高径生长缓慢的无性系可用于与生长迅速的无性系材料进行混交,形成高低错落有致的复层混交结构,提高林分的防护功能。
Based on the test of 42 Casuarinaceae clones,analysis of variance,correlation,genetic parameter estimation were carried out,and the better clones have been selected.Results showed that there were significant differences in 7 survey factors between clones.The repeatability of height,diameter at breast height(DBH) and collar diameter were high,0.809,0.758 and 0.737 respectively.Analysis of genetic correlation indicated that the 4 factors of height,collar diameter,crown breadth,stem straightness have significant correlation between each other.Analysis of DBH and crown breadth correlation indicated that the intensity trend of genetic correlation and phenotypic correlation is accord,and the value of genetic correlation coefficient is bigger than phenotypic correlation.Finally,8 clones of rapid-growth and strong-resistance have been selected.4 clones of strong-resistance and slow-growth were selected.Those slow-growth clones apply to constructing mixed forest with rapid-growth clones,and that will become multi-layer stand.The multi-layer stand enhances the forest protective function and sight effect.
