摘要
从组织学的角度,利用三色染色法及苏丹Ⅳ染色,分析比较了山羊皮胶原纤维及其它组织结构在浸灰前后的变化。
The effect of liming on collagen fibers and the other organization structures of goat skin using trichrome staining and Sudan Ⅳ staining was studied from the histology angle in this paper.
