摘要
稀土分离过程产生的氨性废水用于稀土原地浸矿,其他废水在稀土分离工序问转换、再利用;利用废水中的有价成分,减少生产中化工材料消耗,减少废水的处理量,综合利用后废水减排50.07%,减排氨氮1.6t/a,减排COD12.2t/a,废水处理费用从综合利用前8~10元/m^3降至6~8元/m^3。
