摘要
对方大特钢新1号高炉2009年2～3月份炉况失常进行分析和总结，认为焦炭品质下降造成炉缸堆积是此次炉况失常的主要原因，并探讨了预防和处理炉况失常的方法。
New No.1 BF furnace state abnormal at Fangda special steel from February to March in 2009 is analysed and summarized,main reason of furnace state abnormal is coke quality reducing to cause the hearth deposition.Meanwhile,methods of prevention and treatment for furnace state abnormal are discussed.
