摘要
介绍了一种应用于连铸坯表面喷写编码的新型高效的冶金喷标技术,给出了控制喷写机构运动的伺服运动控制系统的方案设计,采用PLC和运动控制卡分工协作实现喷标系统的高速喷标。
A new efiqcient metallurgical jet printing technology which applied to coding of slab surface is introduced, the scheme design of servo motion control system is put forward, high speed jet printing in system is realized through PLC and the motion control card division and cooperation.
