行业人才资源整合是知识经济时代背景下人力资源整合研究的新领域,许多行业都开始把行业人才资源整合战略作为行业人才长期发展战略的一个很重要的组成部分,这些也引起了有关学者的高度重视。然而,行业人才资源整合的研究目前进展如何,还存在哪些需要完善之处,这些都是急需回答的问题。对国内外已有的研究作一梳理,并对下一步研究作出简要评价。

The industrial talent resource integration is a new research direction of the human resource integration in the context of an era of knowledge-driven economy. Many industries are taking the industrial talent resource integration strategy as a very important part of the long-term development strategies of industrial talents. All of these have attracted great concern of related scholars. However, what＇s the progress of talents resource integration research like at present？ And what are the deficiencies？ These are questions requiring for urgent reply. This paper is trying to make a clear statement on existing studies made at home and abroad, and to make a brief assessment of the following research.
