国内Cr20Ni80电热合金组织及性能对比研究 被引量:20

摘要 文章通过对国内4个厂家Cr20Ni80产品的化学成分、组织、电阻率、力学性能及快速寿命进行对比,研究了影响Cr20Ni80合金电阻率、室温力学性能及快速寿命的因素。结果表明,四个厂家试样的化学成分、力学性能和电阻率值均达到国家标准,但试样的晶粒尺寸差别较大,可能与各厂家的生产工艺有关。当合金中含铬量较高,夹杂物的含量较高、尺寸较大时,合金的电阻率值相对较高;合金晶粒越细,合金的室温力学性能就越好;合金的夹杂物含量越高、尺寸越大,合金的快速寿命越低。 In this paper,the influencing factors of electrical resistivity,mechanical properties and quick life of Ci20Ni80 electrical heating alloy were investigated by contrasting the chemical composition,microstructure,electrical resistivity,mechanical properties and quick life of the samples from four manufacturers in China.It is shown that the chemical compsition,mechanical properties and electrical resistivity of the samples from four manufacturers have reached the national standard.But the grain sizes of samples are different from each other,which is related to the production process.The results also show that the higher the content of Cr in alloy,the higher the electrical resistivity;the finer the grain size in alloy,the better the mechanical properties.When the content and the size of nonmetallic inclusions increased,the alloy's electrical resistivity will be increased and the alloy's quick life will be reduced.
