直流侧电抗器在直流调速装置中的应用

直流传动仍广泛使用在工业应用中,作为中小直流电动机,在直流侧仍广泛使用直流平波电抗器来改善直流电动机的电枢谐波及传动的性能。针对某轧机设备直流电动压下装置,采用对比分析的方法,找出直流电抗器在直流调速装置使用中存在的问题,得出选用直流电抗器对电动机有十分有益的结论,并提醒技术人员注意直流电抗器的参数选择是否合适。

DC drives are being widely used in industry application. DC smoothing reactors are still widely used in medium and small size motors for improving armature features of motor and drive. In allusion to a device with DC drive in rolling mill equipment, contrastive analysis method was adopted to find out DC reactors＇ problems existing in the process of using DC speed regulation device. The conclusion is that DC reactors are helpful for motors, which reminds technical personnel of paying attention to whether the selection of DC reactors＇ parameters is suitable.
