摘要
采用F-D法测定10个柱花草品种营养期单宁的含量。结果发现,所测10个柱花草品种中单宁含量均小于1%,907柱花草中单宁含量最高,为0.853%,CIAT11362柱花草中单宁最低,为0.405%。实验数据在单宁含量方面可为以柱花草为主的饲料营养配方提供参考依据。
The tannin contents of 10 varieties of Stylosanthes in nutritional periods were determined using F-D method.The results showed that the tannin contents of all the 10 varieties of Stylosanthes were less than 1%.The tannin concentration of 907 Stylosanthes spp.was 0.853%,which was the highest among the 10 varieties.The tannin concentration of CIAT11362 Stylosanthes spp.was 0.405%,which was the lowest among the 10 varieties.This experiment data provide reference for Stylosanthes-based feed formula.
