摘要
根据现行法律法规论述高校毕业生求职和就业两个方面的权益及其保护,并指出高校毕业生在求职和就业中常见的侵权行为及其救济。
Graduate＇s rights on job-hunting and employment as well as their protection are discussed based on current laws and regulations.Some common infringement acts and their remedies in the process of graduate＇s job-hunting and employment are pointed out.
