摘要 介绍18.00-25 40PR TL E-4正面吊无内胎工程机械轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1 682 mm,断面宽470 mm,行驶面宽度432.8 mm,弧度高34.3 mm,胎圈着合直径629 mm,胎圈着合宽度330 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.778 7,采用普通块状胎面花纹设计,花纹深度54 mm,花纹饱和度71.6%,花纹周节数31。施工设计:胎面采用三方四块结构,胎面上层胶采用缠绕法成型,胎面基部胶和胎侧胶采用复合挤出,胎体采用20层2100dtex/2锦纶6浸胶帘布(18层V1+2层V2),胎圈采用三钢丝圈结构,钢丝圈采用Φ1 mm的19#回火胎圈钢丝,采用卸肩半芯轮式成型机头成型、立式硫化罐硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎的外缘尺寸和物理性能符合国家标准要求。 The design of 18.00--25 40PR TL E-4 front carrier tubeless OTR tire was described. In structure design, the following parameters were taken: overall diameter 1 682 mm, cross-sectional width 470 mm,width of running surface 432. 8 mm,arc height of running surface 34. 3 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 629 mm,bead width at rim seat 330 mm,cross-sectional level ratio 0. 778 7, and using ordinary block type tread pattern,pattern depth 54 mm,block/groove ratio 71.6%,number of pattern pitch 31. In construction design,the following processes were taken:three-formula and four-piece tread, using enwinding method to build tread upper layer compound, using coextruding method to extrude tread base compound and sidewall,20 layers 2100dtex/2 dipped nylon 6 cord (18 layers V1 +2 layers V2) for carcass ply, three bead wire ring for bead,Ф1 mm 19# tempering bead wire, and using the removing shoulder semi-core drum to build tires and vertical curing pot to cure tires. It was confirmed by the test of finished tires that the overall dimension and physical properties reached the requirements of national standard.
