Application of granulated silica Newsil-175GR in tread of bias truck tire

试验研究Newsil-175GR造粒白炭黑在载重斜交轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明,采用Newsil-175GR造粒白炭黑等量替代955#粉体白炭黑,胶料硫化速度有加快趋势,拉伸强度和撕裂强度稍有提高,耐磨性能变化不大,加工性能良好,成品轮胎耐久性能符合国家标准要求。

The application of granulated silica Newsil-175GR in tread of bias truck tire was experimentally investigated. The results showed that, by using Newsil-175GR instead of 955# powdered silica by equal weight, the curing rate of compound increased, the tensile strength and tear strength improved,the wear resistance changed a little, the processability was good,and the endurance of finished tire met the requirements of national standard.
