有限元分析在巨型全钢工程机械子午线轮胎成型机设计中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 对巨型全钢工程机械子午线轮胎成型机的成型鼓等关键零部件建立有限元模型并进行有限元分析。根据分析结果对成型机结构进行相应修改和优化。主成型装置、胎体贴合装置和带束贴合装置的主轴、内轴、外轴套、箱体等部位结构及尺寸修改后,重新计算结果表明,修改后主成型装置变形量约为20 mm、胎体贴合装置变形量不大于10mm,结构强度及结构变形能够满足设计要求。 The finite element models of the shaping drum and key parts of giant radial OTR tire building machine were constructed and analyzed. Based on the FEA result, the structure of giant radial OTR tire building machine was improved and optimized. The spindle,internal shaft, outer shaft, shaft sleeve and box body of main shaping device, carcass building device and belt building device were modified. The result showed that the deformation of main shaping device was about 20 mm,and the deformation of carcass building device was not more than 10 mm. The structural strength and deformation met the design requirements.
