摘要
研制适用于短纤维-橡胶复合材料混炼的六棱同步变间隙转子,在分析聚酯短纤维用量对胶料性能及混炼性能影响的基础上,对比六棱同步变间隙转子与其它类型转子的混炼效果。结果表明,随着聚酯短纤维用量的增大,混炼过程中消耗的最大功率和排胶温度升高,硫化胶的300%定伸应力、拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和撕裂强度均随短纤维用量的增大而先提高后下降,聚酯短纤维最佳用量为3份;六棱同步变间隙转子短纤维-橡胶复合材料混炼性能最佳。
A new type of six-wing synchronous rotor with variable clearance has been designed and manufactured for mixing the short fiber-rubber composite. Based on the effect of the addition level of polyester short fiber on rubber compound properties and mixing performance, the mixing effect of this new type rotor was compared with other rotors. The results showed that, as the addition level of polyester short fiber increased, the maximum power and discharge temperature of mix increased, and the stress at 300% elongation,tensile strength,elongation at break and tear strength of vulcanizates increased at the beginning and then decreased;the optimum addition level of polyester short fiber was 8 phr;the mixing performance of the short fiber-rubber composite which was mixed by the new type rotor was the best.
