摘要
浮选机叶轮转速对硅钙质胶磷矿反浮选脱镁、反浮选脱硅有不同的影响。随着叶轮转速的增加,脱镁尾矿产率降低,MgO脱除率降低,BK424捕收能力略有减弱,选择性变化不大。随着叶轮转速的增加,反浮选脱硅尾矿产率增加,S iO2脱除率升高,BK430捕收剂略有增加,但是选择性明显变差,P2O5损失率增大。在阴离子捕收剂体系中,较高的转速导致粗粒白云石从矿化气泡脱落,降低了其上浮率;对磷灰石影响较小。在阳离子捕收体系中,较高的转速增加了细粒磷灰石与BK430的作用,增加了其上浮率。研究结果表明,降低浮选机叶轮转速可以提高磷精矿P2O5回收率。
Effect of impeller speeds, which on removal dolomite from calcium-silicon type collophanite, is different from on removal silicates. With the increasing of impeller speeds, magniferous tails' yield decrease ; the ratio of removal MgO fall down ; capacity of BK424 collector is unstrengthened ; and selectivity of BK424 is no change. In the system of anion collector flotation, when impeller speeds increase, coarser particle dolomite may drop from bubble and the float ratio fall down, while apatite may have been no any effect on. With the increasing of impeller speeds, siliceous tails' yield increase ; the ratio of removal SiO2 is gain in ; capacity of collecter BK424 is strengthened; selectivity of BK430 become bad; and loss of P2O5 rise. In the system of cation collector, higher impeller speeds strengthen action of fine particle apatite and BK430, and promote the loss of apatite. The test result shows that reducing the impeller speeds can enhance the P2O5 recovery of apatite concentrates.
