摘要
在电子和半导体工业中需要纯度很高的金属,普遍用于这些金属和半导体提纯的有效方法就是区域熔炼。目前1/3的元素和数百种无机、有机化合物都能通过区域熔炼提纯到很高的纯度。本文对区域熔炼的原理、实际操作的影响因素、设备选择及应用方面进行了综述。
The high-purity metals are required in electronic and semiconductor industry. An effective method usually used to purify these metals and semiconductor is zone melting. At present, 1/3 elements and hundreds of inorganic and organic compounds can be purified to a high purity by zone melting. This article summarizes about principle, application and influence factors of zone melting.
