摘要
为满足市场对磁性材料性能要求不断提高的需求,磁性材料制造技术也在不断提高,开发新型的高效混碾机势在必行。笔者在长期的生产实践中,根据产品研发和工艺要求,对混碾机进行了有针对性的研究、分析和改进设计。新型HN150型高效混碾机的优化设计具有三点创新,对传动和搅拌机构进行了重点改进,提高了设备的综合能力和运行效率。
The technology of manufacturing the magnetic materials is advancing due to the need of its market, which is the reason why it is crucial and urgent to modify the HN150 mix-roller into a more effective type. The author, after many years of practice and inspection on the assembly line, has made specific research analysis and modification designs according to the product research and development project and technological demands. The upgraded design of the HN150 mix-roller is entrepreneurial in three ways,the transmission part and the mixer part are the main focus of optimization, with the overall capacity and efficiency improved by leaps and bounds.
