摘要 海南东环铁路A,B组填料稀缺,设计填料利用路堑挖方和隧道弃方为主,但其料源60%以上为全风化花岗岩C,D组,需进行改良才能满足工程要求。结合勘察设计,全线选取了有代表性的10组D类填料和10组C类填料进行改良研究,提出了最佳改良方案:高液限的全风化花岗岩用石灰改良,掺量为9%;低液限全风化花岗岩用水泥改良,掺量为5%。试验结果为设计和施工提供了依据,解决了海南东环线A,B组路基填料稀缺的重大工程问题。 Hainan East Ring Railway lacks of A and B class filling material.Design fillings are mainly from excavation and tunnel discard,but above 60 % is C,D class decomposed granite,which shall be improved to satisfy engineering requirement.Combined with investigation design,10 groups of D-class filling and 10 groups of C-class filling are conducted improvement test for the whole line,and the best improvement program is put forward.Decomposed granite with high hydraulic limit shall be improved with lime,with mixing proportion of 9 % and that with low hydraulic limit shall be improved with cement,with mixing proportion of 5 %.The test result can be reference for design and construction and has settled the major engineering problem of A,B class foundation fillings scarcity for Hainan East Ring Railway.
