^(60)Co-γ射线辐照冬小麦花粉、子房及合子辐射效应的研究 被引量:4

STUDY ON THE RADIATION EFFECT OF ^(60)Co GAMMA-RAYS ON POLLEN, OVARY AND ZYGOTE OF WINTER WHEAT

摘要 ^(60)Co-γ射线辐照冬小麦花粉、子房及合子突变频率高(17.6~77.8%),M_1代既表现损防效应,又产生广泛变异,并能遗传,M_2代一般不产生大突变,只在个别性状上出现微小变异,M_3代可出现60%以上的性状趋于稳定的株系,从而大大简化了育种程序。细胞学观察表明,辐照单细胞的各处理,M_1、M2代的根尖细胞染色体畸变率均高于对照,畸变率的高低与田间性状突变率大小有一定的相关性。 After irradiation of wheat pollen,ovary and zygote by ^(60)Co gamma-rays, a high mutational frequency was obtained (17.6—77.8%).The Ml generation appeared a damage effect and produced wide variations which could be transferred. In general, the M2 did not produce macromutations, only negligible variations appeared in a few characters.The M3 generation could produce 60% of strains with stable characters, thus greatly simplified the breeding processes.Cytological observations showed that all the aberration ratios of each treatment in Ml and M2 generations were higher than that of their CK.The aberration ratios were corresponding to the investigation results of mutation frequency in fields.
