本科实验教学中创新人才培养体系的研究与实践

Research and practice of innovative talents’ training system in undergraduates’ experimental teaching

以科学发展观为指导,以省级实验教学示范中心建设为依托,对实验中心的教学体系进行改革,构建了＂54321＂的实验教学和管理体系,制定了网络化、开放式实验教学运行机制,改进了实验教学方法和手段,建立了多元化的实验考核体系和大学生电子设计创新实践基地,提出了实验教学中创新人才培养的一些新方法和途径。实践证明这种实验教学体系和机制大大提高了学生的创新实践能力、科研能力和就业能力。

Under the guidance of Scientific Outlook of Development,relying on the provincial construction of experimental teaching demonstration centers,this article discusses reforming the experimental center of the teaching system,constructing the ＂54321＂ experimental teaching and management system,developing a network,operating system of open experimental teaching,improving the experimental teaching method and means to establish a multi-faceted experimental evaluation system and the experimental electronic design innovation practice base.It also gives some new ways of training innovative talents on the experimental teaching.Practice shows that experimental teaching system and mechanism can greatly improve the practical ability of students,research skills and employability.
