摘要
文章介绍了湖南某地铁矿体的选矿工艺矿物学和选矿试验研究。研究结果表明,采用弱磁选-强磁选试验流程可从含铁为30.17%的试样中获得弱磁选铁精矿产率为20.81%,含铁67.42%,铁回收率为46.50%;强磁选铁精矿产率为15.50%,含铁59.71%,铁回收率为30.68%。铁总回收率为77.18%的良好指标。
This paper introduces iron body mineral process mineralogy and mineral beneficiation experimental re- search in some place. The results show that using a weak magnetic separation--strong magnetic separation testing procedures from the samples which contain 30.17% Fe to obtain a weak magnetic iron refined mineral rate of 20.81% ,Fe 67.42%, iron recovery rate of 46.50% ; Strong magnetic iron refined mineral rate of 15.50%, Fe 59.71% ,iron recovery rate of 30.68%. The overall recovery rate of iron is 77.18%.
