摘要
本文对攀钢高炉的液压泥炮改造进行了总结。实践表明,通过对高炉液压泥炮的持续改造,改进了液压泥炮的设备性能,降低炉前设备故障率,提高操作的可靠性和改善操作特性,满足了高炉不断强化的生产要求。
The transformation of hydraulic clay guns was summarized in this paper. The results showed, by the continuous modification of hydraulic clay guns, the properties of furnace equipments and the operation environments were improved. The failure rate of furnace equipments was decreased. The accuracy and reliability of operation were raised. The increasing productivity of BF was satisfied.
