施耐德PLC在攀钢钒新一号360m^2烧结机自动控制系统中的应用

攀钢钒烧结技术改造,拆除落后的130 m2烧结机,新建工艺技术先进的360 m2烧结机,本文介绍了Quantum PLC在360 m2烧结机自动控制系统中的应用及自动控制系统的组成、系统特点和系统的功能,并着重介绍了该系统在配料、点火炉温度控制、BTP、三机速度联动等自动控制功能的实现。

Pansteel and vanadium co. made sinter technological transformation, dismantle original 130 m^2 sinter machines. The new 360 m2 sinter machine was built. It had advanced technology and control. This paper introduced the application of Quantum PLC in 360 m^2 sinter machine autocontrol system. It introduced the composition, characters and function of the system. It specially introduced the achievements of the autocontrol system in burden, BTP, speeds linkage of three machines.
