注浆加固工法在齐岳山隧道F11断层施工中研究与应用 被引量:5

摘要 在应对齐岳山隧道F11高压富水断层施工中,综合国内外类似地层的施工方法进行比较,拟采用注浆工法进行堵水加固施工处理,由于采用全断面超前预注浆工期长的缺点,在钻孔注浆方案设计过程,根据实际地质情况,大胆进行理论创新,将原帷幕注浆"柱状加固模式",优化为"桶状加固模式",在保证效果的前提下,减少工程数量,并在后续施工中推广应用,最终形成以封堵较大裂隙水和加固围岩为主要目的的围岩加固注浆模式,大大地缩短了施工工期。 In order to cope with F11 fault of Qiyueshan tunnel, freezing method and full-face curtain grouting method can be used. Unfortunately, both of the two methods have the disadvantage of long reinforcement period. The earlier tunneling-through of Qiyueshan tunnel, which is one of the control works of Yichang-Wanzhou Railway, means that Yichang-Wanzhou Railway can be put into operation earlier. Thus, the reinforcement period is one of the most important indexes in the selection of the proper reinforcement method. The original " column shape reinforcement mode" of curtain grouting is optimized into " bucket shape reinforcement mode". Due to the continuous technological optimization, the grouting mode aimed at sealing large fissure water and reinforcing the rock mass are developed and the reinforcement period is shortened.
