摘要
燃烧系统由3个子系统即燃料控制系统、送风控制系统、引风控制系统构成,这3个系统相互独立又相互联系。在锅炉燃烧控制系统设计中,利用相应的控制规律和控制器进行优化设计,达到燃料量、送风量、引风量的最佳组合,实现锅炉燃烧的经济性、安全性。
Automatic combustion system consists of three subsystems.The subsystems are named fuel control system,air control system and air-leading control system.The three subsystems are separated in some extent but also interrelated in some part.We design it by using the controlling law corresponding to this system.In order to optimizing it,we use a controller to achieve the best balance among fuel consumption,air flow and leading air volume.The ultimate goal of this system is to make boiler combustion more economic and security.
