摘要
介绍了超滤技术在江苏油田真武污水处理站的应用情况,指出了该技术在推广应用中存在的问题,并进行了影响因素分析,提出的解决方法包括优选膜材料、优化膜操作条件、优化膜清洗条件和强化前端处理工艺。探索了适合江苏油田现有污水处理工艺特点的超滤联合处理工艺流程。
The application of ultra-filtration technique in oily wastewater treatment of Jiangsu Oilfield Zhenwu wastewater treatment station was introduced.The problems of the technology in application were pointed out and analyzed.Solving ways were put forward including optimizing membrane material,improving of membrane operation condition and washing condition and strengthening front-end process.Ultra-filtration combination process suitable of Jiangsu Oilfield was discussed.
