摘要 以年总费用为目标函数,建立管壳式换热器优化设计的数学模型.分别推导建立单级无相变和有相变传热过程的设计模型;在单级模型基础上,结合简单序贯换热器的模拟计算方法,建立多级换热器系统的优化设计模型.这些模型联立非线性的变量关系,符合工程实际,适用面广. New mathematical models for optimum design of shell-and-tube heat exchangers are constructed,based on the annual cost of shell-and-tube heat exchanger systems including processes of non-phase-changing and of phase-changing.On the basis of the single-stage models,the optimization design model of the multi-stage heat exchanger system are established,combined with the simulated calculation approach for simple sequential heat exchanger.These models can be more applicable because of nonlinear relations of variables associated with respect to technical applications.
