摘要
酒精性肝病(alcohol liver disease,ALD)的发病机制较为复杂,目前尚不清楚,可能与酒精及其代谢产物对肝脏的毒性作用、氧化应激、内毒素、免疫异常等多种因素有关。为了深入研究酒精性肝病的发病机制和筛选防治酒精性肝病的药物,酒精性肝病动物模型的选择至关重要,本文就酒精性肝病动物模型的研究现状作一简要综述。
The pathogenesis of alcohol liver disease（ALD）is not completely understood.At present,the causes were concerned as follows：toxicity of alcohol and its metabolites to liver,oxidative stress,endotoxin,immune abnormalities,and so on.In order to explore the mechanism and screen drugs for ALD,it is very important to choose the optimal animal model of ALD.The advances in animal model of ALD were summarized in this article.
