目的确定仙鹤草降糖活性部位。方法优选仙鹤草中降糖活性成分的提取方法及工艺,用优选的工艺提取仙鹤草得浸膏,浸膏分成三氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、水四部位,通过药效学实验确定降糖活性部位。结果三氯甲烷和乙酸乙酯部位具有较强的降糖活性,正丁醇及水部位降糖活性不明显。结论三氯甲烷和乙酸乙酯为仙鹤草降糖活性部位。

Aim To determine the part with lowering blood sugar substance of agrimony.Methods The extraction method and technology was optimize.The agrimony extract was obtained with this method and technology,including the part of chloroform,EtOA,the part of n-BuOHand water.The active part with lowering blood sugar was determined by pharmacodynamic study.Results The parts of chloroformand EtOA has remarkable activity,while the parts of n-BuOHand water have no remarkable activity.Conclusion The parts of chloroform and EtOA can lower blood sugar.
